PASTORAL CARE
Hospitals
Pastoral staff and Deacons visit daily all hospitalized members and friends who request these visits. (Note: Please contact the Caring Ministry Office if you or a loved one will be hospitalized as hospitals no longer furnish this information to the church.)
Rehabilitation Centers
Pastoral Staff and Deacons visit members and friends to offer encouragement and support.
Assisted Living Centers and Nursing Homes
Each member has an assigned Deacon who makes regular contact with them. Pastors call and visit as needs arise.
Hospice Care
Pastors make regular visits as appropriate and in coordination with the patient’s family.
Memorial Services
The Caring Ministries staff assists families in planning services for loved ones including arranging for ministers, musicians, bereavement receptions and other details. There is no charge for the use of our facilities. The Deacons provide cookie and beverage receptions as part of their ministry. Please contact the Caring Ministries Office for further information on fees, advanced planning or any questions you might have.
Other
All members have an assigned Deacon who seeks to stay in regular contact and offers God’s comfort to our members and friends in other times of need.
