Strong Women, Strong Bones


Wind up your year by getting yourself stronger and fit! Strong Women, Strong Bones is an exercise class designed for women in midlife and older. This program was developed by Tufts University to help prevent, slow and improve osteoporosis, arthritis and other health conditions.
