Creation Station, beginning at 9:35 am and ending at 10:55 am on Sundays is a place where preschoolers can begin to explore God’s Word through hands-on experiences that fit the unique needs and interests of children in this stage of development.

Children are welcomed into their classrooms by a dedicated team of servant leaders. All volunteers are screened and trained throughout the year. We strive to be a model of Christ’s love by creating a nurturing environment where children can learn and grow as they begin the first steps of their faith journey. Our desire is to partner with parents as we lay this foundation together.

Please look for a volunteer sign-up sheet in your child’s classroom on Sunday morning.  We welcome parent’s involvement with an open invitation to assist the teachers and come alongside your child in this amazing time of learning.

SUNDAY MORNINGS at Creation Station:

Parents bring their children to Sunday school at 9:35 a.m. and pick them up at 10: 45 a.m. Please make sure to sign children in and out of their classrooms. Children are assigned to individual classrooms according to their birth date:

• Transitioning Toddlers (Room 237):  Born after October 2005
• Giraffes (Room 232):  Born June 2005 through October 2005 
• Bluebirds (Room 233):  Born December 2004 through May 2005
• Friends (Room 234):  Born May 2004 through November 2004 
• Shooting Stars (Room 235):  Born January 2004 through April 2004
• Mountaineers (Room 236):  Born October 2003 through December 2003 *Also includes children born before October 2003 who are not entering Kindergarten in Fall 2008

SUNDAY EVENINGS:
Parents and children gather in the sanctuary at 5:00 p.m. to worship as a family. Children 3 to 5 years of age are led as one class to our Get Set Preschool classroom (across from the toddler nursery) following the Children’s Sermon. Please pick them up and sign them out of their classroom following the service.

WORSHIP: 
Preschoolers are always welcome to join their parents for all or part of our worship services.  We invite them to come forward for the children’s message at 8:20 a.m., 11:10 a.m., and 5:00 p.m. services.  Childcare for preschoolers is available through our Nursery during the 8:20 and 11:10 a.m. services.
