Prime Time Mission Statement

PrimeTime is a ministry of First Presbyterian Church whose central focus is to encourage active older adults to develop a full and rich personal relationship with Jesus Christ.


It is our desire to interact with all generations in a spirit of grace and compassion.  We also aspire to create a welcoming and supportive community that provides irresistible opportunities to grow, learn, work, play and live out our Christian faith.

In response to God’s love we believe He calls us to serve Him within our church, our community and the world beyond.  We acknowledge it is by the Holy Spirit’s power that we are uniquely equipped to serve and love others.

PRIME TIME LEISURE: 
  
Knit and Chat - Thursdays, 1-3pm.  Ongoing - no fee.  Knitters of all levels.  Bring your projects, your questions and your ideas.  Or, Knit with a purpose!  Make a variety of items for various mission projects.

Bridge Game Group - Tuesdays, 6:30-9pm. Meet in The Cedar Room in Weber Street Center. Ongoing - $1/session.  Join us for a friendly game of bridge each week!  We range from beginners to slightly more experienced players.  Bring a partner or we will pair you with a player of similar ability.

PRIME TIME WELLNESS:
Strong Women, Strong Bones - Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8-9am.  This is an exercise class designed for women in midlife and beyond.  It was developed by Tufts University to help prevent, slow and improve osteoperosis, arthritis, and other health conditions.

PRIME TIME LEARN AND GROW: 
Prime Time Adventure meets on the first Thursday of the month in the Aspen Room at the Weber Street Center.  We will be meeting 9:30-11:00 a.m. Come join us for great topics, coffee and treats! Please pre-register by calling 884-6142. Cost: $3.00

Prime Time Bible Study meets on the third Thursday of the month 9:30 - 11:00 a.m. at the Weber Street Center. Coffee and pastries are served. Cost: $3.00 Please pregister by calling 884-6142.
