About Route 56:

     Route 56 is a fun family centered ministry for kids in 5th and 6th grades. At Route 56 we want to partner with parents to help raise kids who love God and love people. We are also concerned with building a biblical community among families, specifically families who have kids in 5th and 6th grades. Come join us throughout the week at the Weber Street Center.

Sunday Morning:

There will be no Sunday School on Christmas Day or New Years Day (12/25 or 1/1)

     We meet in the Spruce Room of the Weber Street Center from 9:35 to 10:45am. Sunday mornings are full of creative biblical teaching, fun interaction, great energy, and maybe even some donuts.

Wednesday Nights:

Wednesday Nights are on break until January 11, 2012.

Here are the options for kids in Route 56:

Option 1 - 6pm - 7pm - Route 56 Choir in the Route 56 room with Joy Nelson. The Route 56 Singers is our fifth and sixth grade choir which meets weekly through the fall and spring to learn music, grow closer to friends and draw closer to God through singing his praises. We spend our time diving into God's Word, playing music games, learning challenging choral music and dabbling in some theatrical fun as well.

Option 2 - 6:30pm - 7pm - Route 56 Bible Study with Collin Grant and Kelsey Lyndoe in the Weber Street Library. We are going to be talking a closer look at Jesus and what it really means to be his follower. You can find the teaching schedule here.

Everyone - 7pm - 8pm - All Route 56 kids together in the Route 56 room for Youth Group. This will be a fun time for kids to play together, build relationships and learn about our great God through creative activities.

Trips and Events:

     There are great trips and events throughout the year including the Fall Retreat, Summer Camp, Overnights, Movie and Game Nights, Mission Trips and Projects and Family BBQ's.
