Weddings and Receptions
Weddings at First Pres
The first step in planning a wedding at First Presbyterian Church is to schedule an appointment with one of our ministers. Every wedding held at the church is first approved by a minister, who counsels couples on a variety of topics regarding their wedding. More detailed information about wedding plans and options is shared when couples meet with the minister of their choice.
Because we consider marriage a very important and serious undertaking, premarital counseling is a part of all wedding planning. After the minister has approved and scheduled a wedding, First Presbyterian's Wedding Coordinator, Jeralynn Dix, assists couples in planning the details of their big day.
Our goal is for every aspect of your wedding day to be happy and wonderful!
Receptions can only be planned once a wedding has been approved and scheduled. For more information on reserving space for a wedding reception, refer to the facilities rental and event planning page of this Web site or contact Sandy Tafoya at 719.884.6167 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
