"Kairos" Christian Yoga

"Kairos" Greek for “time apart; suspended time”.  "Yoga" literally means “union”.  Take time in your week; spend it in union with God as you improve your strength and flexibility.  This is a unique Christian perspective on yoga, using time honored stretches, postures and breathe work as a spiritual discipline.  A strong, healthy body is part of our worship, devotion and stewardship.  This class is taught by a certified yoga instructor, with extensive training and Christian ministry experience.  Yoga is open to men and women.  Three session options this fall.
