Fall 2010

Fall is here and it is time to think about what avenue of spiritual growth you will pursue this year. Our new mission statement as a church is LOVE GROW GO - Together. The GROW piece is the core of what women's ministry has been about. For years in this church women have grown in powerful ways through the vehicle of the various ministries that happen among women. That growth is literally what fuels and facilitates the GO in our lives. So how and where will you aim to grow this fall?

Take time to look over the myriad of options for growth and study. We have many small groups for women meeting at all times of the day in all areas of the city. These groups are small communities that are committed to living life together while growing deeper in the knowledge and faith of Jesus Christ.

We have a new endeavor on Tuesday mornings, spearheaded by a group of committed souls. It is called Women's Life. The heart of this study will be "Transformation in Christ" and promises to be a rich time of wrestling with scripture in the context of authentic community.

For women on the go, who love to do lunch, "Women's Lunch Break....Soul Sisters in the Bible", could be just the right ticket for you. It is a great opportunity to connect and refresh your spirit while discovering the wisdom of our ancient sisters in Christ.

For women who find themselves in that unique season of life with preschoolers, we also offer a  great connecting place in MOPS on Thursday or Friday mornings, as well as Moms @ Twilight on Wednesday evenings.

You can see that the opportunities are rich and full. Commit to a place where Christ can minister unto you and where you can GROW to be a blessing to others. We always grow best in community. Please join us!
